$15 limit for 3yo boy I've never met. Ideas?

this is what I drew in my extended family gift exchange.  I have a girl, and like I said, have never even met this kid, so I'm at a complete loss. 

Ideas?

    A movie, Hot Wheels set,  Imaginext Dinosaur, superhero type stuff... If you get really stuck you could get him a Toys r Us giftcard.

    Mine is almost three and is into:

    Coloring/writing/drawing

    Painting

    Duplos (I don't know if they still call them that but the big legos)

    Tools/helping daddy fix stuff

    Thomas the train/transportation stuff

    Cooking (pretend and helping me)

    Numbers/Letters/Shapes/Colors
