DD has been spitting up a lot the last couple days. I think it is due to my oversupply. The pediatrician and the LC I talk to today both seemed surprised that she is only nursing on one side. Not only is she only nursing on one side but she spits half of it up! I fed her a little over an hour ago... 10 minutes ago she spit up a little... then 5 minutes ago she spit up a lot... and she just now spit up a little again. Should I be worried? Or should I just get used to changing my clothes 5 times a day

I kept her upright for a good 20 minutes after she ate. Doesn't matter much when she waits an hour to spit up
Re: more spit up :(
Are you burping her a lot while feeding her? My girl only spits up if she doesnt burp well after nursing. My baby only nurses one breast too per my LC instructions since I have a lot of milk too.
My theory on spit up is that if the baby is a "happy spitter" (ie, doesn't appear to be in pain from spitting up) and is gaining weight properly, then I don't care how much it looks like she's spitting up.
DD is a pretty big spitter -- sometimes it looks like several ounces. But she's gaining weight fine, so I don't worry about it.
Maybe schedule a weight check with your ped to make sure she's gaining enough? If so, I really would try not to worry about it!
