My Best Friend is probably Miscarrying( spotting las night, and heavy spotting today with some clots)her doc appointment is at 1pm and I am trying to hold out hope for her but it just doesn't look good...they had been trying for over a year, and got pregnant on her last cycle before going to an RE...they are devastated, I hate that I can't drive over there and be with her (they live in Colorado).

They have no family or close friends out there...this blows
