So this morning I finally took my BBT first thing. I'm on CD 8 though, so is it too late to start charting BBT for this cycle? I updated the info on FF, but I'm not sure how to link it to the bump. Also, I only entered the temp & time .. am I supposed to record anything else?
Should I be having this much confusion? lol
Re: First BBT...
You should also be monitoring your cervical mucus and enter that onto your chart.
You might be ok to start on CD8...hopefully you'll be able to see a trend. On FF there is a link under the sharing section I think that you can link in your siggy.
It's not necessarily too late. You could very easily have enough pre-o temps for FF to be able to detect ovulation. (And your chart is linked fine
You should also record your CM and, if you are able to tell a difference, your CP (I have trouble with CP and this one is not necessary). The more info you give FF, the more accurately it will be able to pinpoint ovulation. You may want to consider using OPKs as well.
It definitely gets easier the longer you do it. Just stick with it and try not to over think it. Good luck!
After 4 years, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs our surprise miracle is here!

Thanks so much! Thats what I'm hoping. I do have OPKs too. I'm not sure if my CM is off bc I was on BCP for so long, but I always have trouble tracking it.
