My LO wasn't a preemie but she was really tiny so we did a lot of skin-to-skin kangaroo care and my Moby was a lifesaver. If you are at all interested the Eco-Friendly Family Blog (from the EFF Board her on TB) is having a Moby give-a-way. Just thought I'd share in case anyone wanted to enter.
