NBR - how my dog cracks me up

I haven't been feeling the happiest today but my dog just made my day better.  She usually does this on a daily basis but for some reason my dog looooves the shower.  She comes and sleeps on the mat everytime I take one and if I leave her outside she whines at the door.  Today she was on the couch in the living room sleeping and as soon as I walked into the bathroom (didn't even turn the water on yet) she got up and ran to the bathroom and layed down (I could hear her collar coming down the hall)  I just think it is hilarious and also the fact she knew I was in the bathroom.  Plus the rooms are on the opposite sides of the house.  Dogs are just too weird/funny sometimes.  

 

This is her, Ally Tuesday...the only reason she has bows in her hair is because she had just gotten groomed!

LOL, too cute.  I think it's partially a protective thing and partially a "I don't want to be by myself" thing.  My dog won't come in the bathroom (doesn't like tiled floors) but he will sit outside the door...even if you're just going to the bathroom.  Sometimes he'll nose the door open if he's getting antsy.  Really, I don't want you to watch me pooping, but thanks for the concern, LOL!

We have a 15 week old puppy who tries to jump in the bath with DD! I thought all dogs hated water....lol.

too cute!  DH and I can't get over how darn cute our pup is too!  She just does the most hilarious things.  Her favorite is laundry day where she can curl up in the freshly washed clothes as i dump them on the bed to fold them.  I actually just blogged about her the other day and I'm sure I could keep a fairly active blog based on her antics...hmm..new idea:)

Hee hee.  Your dog is super cute.  My cat does the same thing.  It's our usualy morning routine and it's nice to have somebody up with me in the morning.  Some mornings I'll wake up and he won't be anywhere in the room but it's not very long after I get in the shower before he's curled up on the bathmat or in the corner under the sink.

she's adorable. sounds like you take really good care of her and she is a very happy lucky doggie.

That is sweet, my cat taught my dog to drink out of the tub. So now whenever I go in there I usually have to referee the cat (inside tub) and the dog so that each get's their turn at the water spout. And my dog constantly follows me into bathrooms. DH said he's learned to wait for her arrival before even bothering to close the door!
