What age did you move away from home?

Except for college summers, I was out at 18. Gone for good at 22.

My dh and I moved in together (when we were bf/gf) when I was 24. I lived at home while I went to college. We lived together 2 years before getting married.

When I went away to college my freshman year. However, I transferred back home to GMU & lived at home & drove to campus for almost a year. Then I moved on campus & after that moved in with DH.

In April of my senior year of HS, my mom moved out of our apartment.  She continued paying the rent until that June, and then I took over.  I lived alone for 4 years before shacking up w/ DH when I was 22.

I didn't move out of my parents' house for good until I was 25 and married.  I didn't live there during college b/c I lived on campus, but when I moved back I worked full-time and saved my money.  I didn't pay rent either; why would I?  I chipped in on groceries and helped clean, and it's not like they would have rented my room out to someone else if I didn't live in it.

I went to college at 18, but I only lived about 1.25 hours away from home and I went to school in the same town my grandma lived in.  I was only home for 1 summer during college. 

I moved over 1000 miles away from my parents at 22, about a month after I graduated college. 

My 2 BILs have always lived at home, and they are 27 and 30.  Yikes, my parents would have kicked their butts out long ago.

At 18 I went away to college.  I moved home after and stayed til I got married at 25.  I went to grad school during that time and moved back here b/c DH and I were dating.  My mom and I are close so living at home was not big deal.

I left for college when I was 17, but I still lived with my parents during the summer and for a year after I graduated. I was 22 when DH and I first moved in together.

18 and I moved into a house with DH and two of his friends. It was a party house and I loved it. After a year we got our own place.
