Thanks for the idea Loves: Hadn't really thought about doing some pink and blue appetizers.... Can anyone think of any food/appetizers that would work well for pink and blue???
If you take wonton wrappers, brush them with oil/butter, and bake them in mini muffin tins, you can fill them with a yogurt/whipped cream mixture that you dye pink or blue. Then top the blue ones with blueberries and the pink ones with raspberries. Also, a little dollop of whipped cream on top is good.
Let's see...what else...
You could make a couple different kinds of dips. If you look up recipes for dips with red bell pepper in them, that will dye the dip pink. And you could make a ranch-type dip and dye it blue. Then get those colored tortilla chips (I know it's blue and RED, but still might be fun) to go with.
You could have bleu cheese and some crackers. And is there a cheese that is kind of pinkish? I don't know my cheeses very well.
This might sound wierd but it is REALLY good... for pink you can do a dip thats Cream cheese and cocktail sauce mixed together with some baby shrimp on top. (The cream cheese and sauce turn out to be pink) Just serve it with some crackers.
Blue-- Blue tortilla chips woulr work like pp said.

I wanted to make sure it was clear that you bake the wonton wrappers, and then when they're cool, you fill with yogurt/whipped cream mixture.
I think it might count more as a dessert but pink and blue rice crispy treats would be really fun, fast and easy! If you had time you could even punch them out into shapes like hearts or stars using cookie cutters

My SIL made Rice Crispie "rattles" for my shower this past weekend. They were so cute! She just made rice crispie balls and used big tongue depressers as the handles, and pink sprinkles. Then used saran wrap and pink ribbon. They were adorable! you could easily do them for both boy and girl!

Re: More help please: What can I do for pink/blue appetizers???
Pink and Blue:
M&M's (I think you know where to find those)
white chocolate fondue pots dyed the separate colors with fun yummies to dip
blue berries and raspberries, not really baby pink and blue, but they'd get the idea!
Blue tortilla chips!
Um, for pink, maybe some of those cheese puffs with the raspberry sauce? I love those, and I think you can get them frozen.

I'll try to think of more!

mini sandwiches with pink or blue filling:
for the pink: mayo and crab with little bit of tabasco. If not pink enough add food dye
Blue: blue Cheese burguers
or mayo with chicken/ or egg salad/ or tuna salad/ with food dye
