Snapfish or Shutterfly?

I am looking to make photobooks for Christmas gifts, and was wondering what those who have used the sites would recommend.

Shutterfly.  They don't delete your pictures.  And the books I've ordered from them have turned out really well.

Snapfish is awful, truly, truly awful, in my experience. I ordered some Christmas gifts from them in early December (like the 3rd or 4th), and they didn't arrive until after Christmas. They said it was due to "unexpected volume." On top of that, getting ahold of their CS was a nightmare, and one lady swore at me and hung up on me.

Shutterfly has been fantastic. Love them and will stay with them.

I have two photo books from Shutterfly and we LOVE them!  I used to order prints from Snapfish but I like that Shutterfly will date stamp when the picture was taken on the back versus when the order was placed.  It helps keep me organized since I usually order 3+ months at a time.

Ugh, no cool at all.  Shutterfly it is.  Thanks for the feedback.

I have a book from both and like Shutterfly a little better.  But my Snapfish book still turned out nice.
