I think we're getting closer to a name.  DH suggested using whatever name we don't pick as the MN, but I don't think that would flow as well as Marie.  What do you think?[Poll]

Of the two names as you have them, I'd go with Annabelle.  I think Katie is an adorable nickame, but I don't think it will sound good on a professional woman.  I'd give her Kate or Katherine/Kathryn/Kathleen as a name and nn her Katie, personally.

Although she is actually Katherine Marie, but goes by Katie

Katie is cute but I dont see it translating into professional life. I would prefer Katherine to Katie.

But, Annabelle is REALLY cute.

Thanks for the feeback ladies.  I'm not a huge fan of Katherine, but love Katie and I agree that she would need a name that's a little more professional when she grows up.  So, Kate may be an option for us or we'll stick with Annabelle (which I think is DH's favorite).  Plus I like all the cute nicknames we can give her when she's little with the name Annabelle (Annie, Annabug, Belle, etc.).

Marie as a middle name has been done to death. I actually think I hate it.

I think Annabelle Kate sounds adorable, way better than Marie. Or Kate Annabelle, either way.

My niece is named Katie, just Katie and she is fourteen and has never had a problem with it!  She is super smart and athletic too!  Great name!  GL!

I like Katie better... but if you were to use Annabelle - I like Annabelle Kate best.
