TTC after 35

hoping this will help...

Well, now I've lost a total of 7.4 lbs.  So, I am hoping that it will help in the baby making process.  Not sure if it will help, but I need to be healthier anyway and it can't hurt!  DH has lost over 10 lbs.

Good Luck everyone wherever you are in your cycles!!

Weight Watchers....  I lost 30 lbs with them about 5 years ago, but I gained about 40 back.  So, I am back at it and it is WORKING again YAY!

  • Congrats on the weight loss!  My first RE was a firm believer that being even slightly overweight was a major issue for fertility. I have lost 17lbs since August and even if it doesn't help the fertility, DH is happy about it (as am I)!
  • Good for you!  I'm trying to get back to the gym, but it is soooooo hard!   Now that it's starting to get cold, I just want to curl up at home at night and be a big, lazy bum!

  • Congratulations that's awesome!!

It never hurts to loose weight.  Even if it doesn't help you conceive it will help you when you are pregnant and after you have your baby.
