What have you ladies found yourself eating for breakfast? I have been eating egg whites with cheese and some kind of fruit almost every morning since I got BFP.
egg whites and cheese on toast or a roll. I've consistently been able to tolerate and actually enjoy it. I think it's important (pregnant or not) to get some protein in the AM.
It varies. For a while there, I felt like road kill in the mornings and nothing sounded good for breakfast. Lately, I have had a mad craving for french toast sticks, so that has satisfied me. Or, cereal, like Cheerios or Life.
I was a huge egg eater prior to PG. They've been bugging me lately. I have been eating smoothies or cottage cheese and fruit and toast. Bagels seem to stay down.
So far it's been a small bowl of whole wheat cereal and milk and a small glass of oj at home, and then a hardboiled egg w/ decaf coffee on my drive to work.

toast, a glass of milk, a glass of orange juice with pulp, and a handful of chex mix. then coffee on the way to work.
I was eating fruit, but I am having a weird adversion to everything but grapes and oranges.
- oatmeal and milk
- english muffin w/ peanut butter and milk
- egg whites and cheese on english muffin
- greek yogurt w/ berries and granola
