Stupid leggings question...

Do you put the socks on UNDER the leggings, or OVER them if they fold down? I can't decide what looks normal. If she's wearing boots obviously I don't care, but I'm referring to when they wear normal shoes, or maryjanes or something where you see the sock.

(FWIW, I would never wear socks with leggings as an adult, well not without boots covering them anyway, so this is strictly about your LO, not what you would do for yourself since that is just wrong.

Also, I would like to say that I'm embarrassed that I have a freaking GIRL and I don't know how to dress her. What's wrong with me?!

I don't put her in leggings with socks.  I just stick to tights in those cases.

It depends on the leggings and sock combo.

If they are ruffled socks and the leggings are tight to the ankle, the socks go over the leggings.

If the leggings are boot cut, ruffled at the bottom, or really long, socks go under. If the socks are plain jane fold overs, I'd probably do under the leggings.

But it's cold here, and I can't put DD in shoes without socks since they aren't sandals. That freaks me out!

Dd had on leggings yesterday. They were tight to the ankle so i out cute ruffles socks on her with her little sneakers

I would never put socks over the leggings. Even when she wears her Uggs. I just think it would look weird.
