OPK weirdness

Any thoughts on this?

I'm currently on CD19. On CD 16 I got my first positive OPK and fertility monitor still says High (I no longer get Peaks with that piece of @#$&amp. I continued to test with the OPK just to see what would happen. Well, I've now gotten 4 days of positive OPKs and CBEFM still says High. Don't the OPKs go back to negative after ovulation? Here's my chart:

Also, at my first RE appointment Friday, the Dr. said that I would be ovulating from both ovaries any day. Could that affect the OPK?

Last, I was under a great deal of stress over the weekend (I handle health care issues for a Member of Congress) - could that delay ovulation, and thus I'm still waiting?

I just need some guidance here. Hubby and I are still going at it, but this is weird.

OPK reads LH levels, which can surge before ovulation and even surge without ovulation.  Just because it's positive, doesn't mean that ovulation is 100% guaranteed. I would use OPK with charting to verify.  Your chart seems to show annovulation to me.

I took home ovulation kits the past 2 months.... the first month i never had a LH surge. The 2nd month I had a surge and 7 days later I had blood tests and the level of progesterone they showed were so low that there was no way I ovulated..... So I guess the home tests dont ensure ovulation.... it confuses me.
