sorry--can anyone repost the crock pot chix recipe?

I wrote down the one with the chicken, salsa, black beans, etc that everyone was raving about last week and I lost it.  I think it's just chicken, black beans, corn, salsa and then cream cheese the last 20 minutes but not sure if I am missing anything.  TIA!

You got it.  Cook on high for 4 hours and 20 minutes before serving add the cream cheese.
