Classes?

I'm wondering how many of you are taking some kind of baby class before your due date? is it necessary? I've been around babies for years and I know its different when its yours but can they really teach me stuff I don't know? Any one know of any besides at hospitals?

I took the class at the hospital, I don't remember the name but it was more on giving birth than raising the baby, and the breast feeding class.  I didn't take any childcare classes.

i took the breastfeeding class at st. joes (my hospital) which was good bc i knew nothing about it.  The 2-day child birth class was kinda lame - DH and I ended up ditching the second day.  If you read any pregnancy/birth books its the same thing.  I mainly went for the tour of the hospital.
