Having Elfster Issues

I'm not sure what the problem is, but Elfster isn't merging the lucky socks exchange with the holiday exchange and therefore won't let me add anything to my profile for the sock exchange.  Everytime I hit edit it takes me to the homepage.  I cannot add my screenname or address. 

Its like I have two different accounts on Elfster and I won't let me edit the one.  they are both tied to the same email address.  Anyone else having issues?

I had this problem too when I was on my desktop - but as soon as I switched to my laptop it worked and let my sync the two exchanges to my account.

So, I have no clue how to fix the problem.  Sorry!

You can email them to have them merge the accounts. They did that for me last weekend and everything works now.

I fought and fought and fought with that... I had my account from our local board exchange, then two separate ones for the holiday and sock exchange. I was about to send them a very annoyed note, because it is NOT obvious how to merge them.

 I"m trying to remember how I did it... I think it you click t the email link for the sock exchange and then click the link to register, you'll be able to tell them you already have an account. I had to click a couple of times, but finally managed to merge everything.  I'd probably need to see somebody's unmerged account to remember what I did now.

I did this too and the "elf" that helped me was sooooo nice. I would definitely email and ask them to do it for you. They responded pretty quickly too.
