So far DH and I agree on Max, Henry and Joseph for boys, and Molly, Bridget and Alice for girls. We are having a hard time with middle names since our last name starts with D, and we don't want to have a crappy acronym, i.e. BAD, ADD, MAD, etc. (My poor brother's initials spell PMS and obviously he hates that fact!)
We picked three for boy and three for girl... like only a week after we found out.
Boy: Lane Isaac, Kade Andrew, or Tripp William (I am not in love with the name Tripp but daddy is, william is daddy's middle name, my dad's middle name, and my late grandfather's name )
Girls: Tori Leigh (or Everleigh- I like Eerleigh but dad wants to keep it as a middle name instead of a first name), Leah Kade, or Lena Kay (for my grandma, DH's mom, my aunt and my sister)
For a girl we like Katelyn (Caitlin) Barbara, Charlotte Barbara, and Claire Barbara. Barbara is my mom's name, so that is the MN we will be using. I think Charlotte is beautiful, but I don't like any nicknames for it. I also love KatelynCaitlin and think the nickname KateCait is super cute too. I think Claire sounds so feminine and our last name is french canadian, so it would go well.
For a boy, we both like Ethan Nicholas....DH likes Emerson, but I think that is cuter for a girl.
(My grandmother is Alice, and my name is a variant of her name. It was meant to be because my DH's favorite book as a child was Alice in Wonderland.)
My other grandmother is Joan, but I like Jane better.
Or, I might give middle names for godparents (we're still mulling this) and the first runner up for a Godmother is a Jennifer. We like Genevieve as a variant of her name.
Boy: Alistair JamesPaul or Alastair JamesPaul (haven't decided which spelling)
Mattias JamesPaul
We like those names (Alistair especially as it begins with AL like my name, but is Scottish like hubby's).
JamesPaul is the name of the definite godfather, but its also the names of our fathers', mine is James and his is Paul.
Re: Have any of you thought about baby names yet?

It is so hard! But so far...
Boy: Deacon David, Gabriel (middle ?)
Girl: Scarlett (middle ?), Sophia (middle?), Leighton Renate
It's fun seeing all of the different names.
We are talking about names a little bit....
