here is my dip recipe. it feeds a lot, maybe 30+ people.
2.5 lbs of cut up chicken. chopped fine- I use the perdue ready chicken and chop it up.
16 oz shredded chedder cheese
1 cup red hot
1 cup blue cheese
3-4 stalks of celery chopped fine.
24 oz cream cheese.
in a BIG pot melt half chedder cheese, blue cheese, red hot, and cream cheese together. once mostly together, throw in chicken and celery.
put in a baking pan with high sides- i usually just do a foil pan i can throw out. put the rest of the chedder on top.
back 10-15 mins 350 until all is combined.
then enjoy!!
