I've emptied the dishwasher, done 2 loads of laundry- folded and put away, steamed the carpets, baked a coffee cake, ate a slice of it, made coffee and then collapsed on my bed. Why do I do this to myself??? Why can't I just sleep in?!

Wow, that's a lot to do so early! I get down to business most weekends but I woke up for a few hours in the middle of the night and couldn't go back to sleep until 5 so I tried to sleep past 7:30, but it didn't work. That is actually sleeping in to me lately anyways.

Me too!  Just reorganized and cleaned all the kitchen cabinets.  did the recycling, cleaned the floors, did the laundry!  I woke up at 630 and it's only nine.  Still have to clean the bathroom

I just did this last weekend.  I don't know why I do it to myself either.  I mean, I want to get up and get things done, but when I am done with my tornado of a morning, I am out of energy to do anything else.

Yay!! I just cleaned the kitchen and loaded the dishwasher with dishes that have been in the sink for a couple of days and threw in a load of laundry...i'm so proud of myself!! )
