Anyone get a BFN before a BFP?

I'm really stretching here I know, but should I bother having anymore hope? I got a BFN 11 & 12 DPO (am and pm!).

I was so excited and positive about this cycle, I had a TON of 'symptoms' which I'm sure we're directly related to the trigger shot but those have all but disappeared in the last few days. I'm taking this much harder than I thought I would.

Did anyone here get a negative before a positive?

I got a negative from 9DPO-12DPO. Didnt test 13 DPO. Tested 14DPO and BFP!

I'm pretty certain I've read on here that some women haven't gotten their BFPs until 14-15 DPO. I don't think all hope should be lost.

Wednesday monring I'd taken a test and got a BFN. Monday morning I took another test in the AM and got my BFP. Next morning I was at the doctor for urine and blood conformation and a vaginal sono.

I wasn't charting, but I got a BFN on day 41 of my cycle. I ovulated 2.5 weeks late (which I would have had a better idea of if I was charting) and didn't get a BFP until day 48. Good luck!

Are you charting?  You might have o'd a little bit later than you think.  There's always hope til AF shows!  GL!

Yes! The day before AF was due I got a BFN (on Friday) decided to wait out the weekend and got a BFP on Monday!  Be patient even though its hard!

I didn't temp this month, but was triggered on CD 14, and so ovulation was expected 36 hrs later, CD 15. Today is CD 27 so I'm confident that I'm 12 DPO. But thank you for the input, I appreciate it. And thanks for the hope until AF reminder! H&H 9 months to you!!

I felt the same way when I tested a few days ago on what I think was day 12.  I read some info on peeonastick.com when I looked up my pg test brand, and it really gave me hope.  I think I was looking in the FAQ section.  It talked about how implantation can happen anyway from 8-12 days after O, and sometimes it takes up to 4 days for the egg to implant.

I really thought this wasn't the month so I went out for a few drinks on Halloween. I got no period the next day and still none the day after and tested with FMU on Tuesday (14 DPO). I confirmed that night with a digital. They were both positive. Believe me I feel guilty but I still have to remind myself that it was positive and that I am pregnant. Not really any symptoms as of yet. It feels too good to be true so we're keeping our fingers crossed that it sticks.

Thanks for sharing your experience, don't feel bad about the drinks on 12DPO, it wasn't positive yet the drinks wouldn't have any effect on you or the baby. Congrats!

I know I'm a little late at this post.  But I got a BFN at 12dpo with FMU then at 13DPO with FMU got the faintest line.  So there's still hope.  I gave up on testing in the afternoon or evening because of BFN's and your urine is more diluted.  I only use FMU.

Yes 3 actually. Didn't get my BFP until 14po.  Though, I wasn't using fmu for any of the tests.

I got a negative on a blood test, and they told me I wasnt pregnant when I knew that I was. I went back a week later and did another 2 tests, and they came back positive. To which I told the nurse, I TOLD you I was pregnant. She was snobby in the beginning when I got the negative, so I loved rubbing it in her face. It may just be too early? Try it again a little later!

Ok, here's my followup!  Now I have an answer to the question.  I tested again this morning (day 15) and got a BFP!  Hurray.   So don't give up hope.  Or maybe you've already had luck since and I haven't seen it.
