38-39 weekers question

Are you a power nester, cleaning and preparing or are you absolutely zonked and exhausted?

I have yet to get the nesting urge!  I am exhausted.

Can I say both?  I completely did my nursery in the last three days (including painting).  I felt like I was going to fall over after (and in the middle of) each day, but I was so excited to be doing it.

I'm just over 40 weeks... still not really nesting, just keeping things tidy. Between 38-39 weeks, same story.

We did a massive clean of the whole apartment around 36 weeks and that was it. Just little stuff here and there since then.

37wks I nested like crazy

38wks I was exhausted and lazy

39wks I nested again

... and now I'm lazy again.

I'm not quite 38 weeks yet, but it's been both for me. Yesterday I made two meatloaves and four casseroles to freeze, finished packing my hospital bag, made LO's bed, did laundry, and graded papers for my husband. Today I don't want to do anything but stuff my face and watch TV. I'm also definitely going to take a nap this afternoon.

At the beginning of thise week I was super tired but yesterday and today I got this huge urge to nest like crazy! I've been organizing and cleaning and it feels great . I'm hoping that means it won't be long!
