DH is going back to work.

My Husband has been off work since February. He was laid off and is now Starting a new job on Monday.

My LO is 5 weeks old. My son won't be 2 until January.

Part of me is excited that I'll have them both to myself all day, the other part of me is scared shitless.

When am I going to shower? If I can get them both to nap at the same time I plan on sleeping too.

We were in a very similar situation. My DH got laid off a few days after DD2 was born so I got him home full time with my 2u2, which was awesome. He found a job two months later, DD was 7 weeks old and went back to work full time. I was scared shitless as well but it went really well and we found our routine very quickly. Now, when he's home on the weekend, it's almost as if Im out of shambles because he screws up my routine with the girls! It'll be okay and you'll find out what works. I shower while DD1 watches her morning cartoon and DD2 is in the swing for her morning nap. It works out really well as I can see them both from the shower. They also both nap at the same time and I love it because I can get so much done! Good Luck to you! Trust me, it will be great and you will get into a routine quickly I'm sure!
