I know this has been posted a million times and would like to do some of my own research. Can anyone send me some links that have fact-based research? Thanks!
I also really like the New England Journal of Medicine site for H1N1. I am not sure if it is subscription access. I work at a medical research institute so I have access to all of the med literature.
The best info you could get would be from a doctor, not the internet.
There is no harm in trying to become educated before talking to your doctor. Not all doctors are up to speed on the latest H1N1 findings. Moreover, Obs are Obs - not infectious disease docs. There are a lot of questions my doc can't answer...

I didn't say from an OB, I said "from a doctor" which implies any doctor. They probably have better information than the internet does.
Your idea in theory is super. I'm sure lots of people have access to infectious disease specialists, epidemiologists or immunologists. Again - I wouldn't send someone to WebMD, but if someone wants to try to educate themselves, why discourage them? There is useful info out there, particularly if you refer to reputable sites.

I have gotten information from my dr, thank you. But I wanted to read up on it MYSELF so I could make a fully informed decision that was not biased. I already know what my OB's stance on the H1N1 is and am not sure if I feel comfortable with it, hence getting the info myself. Thanks to everyone else who was helpful:)

This site is from the journal Science - also pretty good for links to primary literature:
