3rd Trimester

another MP question....(maybe TMI)

I've read that you don't always lose your MP all at once - sometimes it comes out over time and the only giveaway might be that the amount of discharge you have has increased quite a bit.  I'll be 34 wks on Sun. and have noticed a BIG change in the amount of discharge but nothing else - other than the fact LO is super low, head down and putting LOTS of pressure down there (to the point I swear he'll fall out).  I'm not super worried about PTL, just wondered if what I'm seeing is the MP slowly coming out?

  • I don't think that it's your plug.  I had an increase in discharge around that time and asked the Dr. about it.  She said it was perfectly normal.  Trust me, you will know when it's your plug.  Ick!

  • I lost my plug last week over a few days.  It was globs of light green.
