HELP!!! What should I write on my time sheet??

This part I'm not having a problem with--

Time In: 7:30  Time Out: 3:00  Total Hours: 7.5

 It's THIS!--

It should say something about writing grants for my students, but I certainly did not do much of that! Do you think it would be acceptable if I just wrote DianeN9? Or would I get fired? Hmmmm.... What to do, what to do....
