double stroller for small cars?

DH and I are currently TTC#2. I am a super ahead of time planner and am wondering if anyone has a small car, and a double stroller that fits into it? I have a Chevy Cobalt. The trunk is decent sized, but the Graco stroller from our travel system barely fits.

Any ideas? I'm pretty much stuck with this car for a couple more years. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I don't have a small car, but my friend has 2 kids and she has a VW and has the Phil&Ted's stroller.

My Jane Powertwin double fits into the trunk of our Hyundai sedan (our spare car).....

You are way smarter than I am--I bought the indie twin bumbleride and that thing is huge! ?It doesn't fit in my infiniti and it barely squeezes into our vw jetta. ?

Good to know! I was leaning towards the Indie Twin and I have an Infiniti that I am stuck with until Sept. What model do you have?

We have the G35x. ?I think the stroller MIGHT fit, but it has that stupid 6 disc cd player built into the roof of the trunk (clearly a man's design!) ?

We are stuck ?with ours until early fall next year as well. ?I love the car, the trunk is just not stroller friendly.?

I have a Camry and the Bumbleride Indie twin fits in the trunk just fine. I will say there is not much room for anything else.
