For the past two days, I had a migraine which has developed into awful stomach pain, cramps, nausea and back pain.

I RSVP'd weeks ago for a former co-worker's shower and one of Pearl's old daycare teachers. I really do not think I shoud go but I feel bad. Though, I certainly do not want to get her sick and I cannot eat.
