I like it mostly because I like green and blue in girls rooms as well, but if it IS a girl, I would play up the frog prince idea, and put a few more girly accents in the room. Like if you could find a frog lamp, change the shade out for a pink one or something. Small things like that I think could make this more unisex instead of boy oriented... way cute though
