Day care options

I know I am probably very early in my pregnancy to start looking, but I would like to see if anyone has some suggestions for day care.  I may have to go back to work full time or at least 3 days a week and was hoping not to use a day care facility.  Ideally I would love a nanny to come to the house, so if anyone knows of anyone that would be great.  If not, i am looking for a small top quality day care or someone that watches a few infants in their home. 

Any help or suggestions??

    Some day cares have over a year waiting period, so the best thing to do is start looking early and put your name on a couple places. What area are you looking for?
