If so, where is it and what is it of? PIP if you want! I don't have any, but I love hearing backstories on them, especially if they have a lot of meaning.
lower back [right side] and it's a teeny tiny outline of a daisy.
It doesn't really mean anything other than I wanted a tattoo and liked that one.
I really want to get something like this on my lower hip:
Maybe a little more pin-up styled though.
However, MH hates tattoos and is really negative about it, but after we're done having kids, I think I'll do it. I'm worried if I get it before more kids it will stretch out and look funny due to the location I am thinking of.

This is MH exactly, except he's obnoxious about it and seems to think that tattoos are "only" ok on guys, but never on girls. Whatever. I like the pin-up girl idea!
Unfortunately yes. It is a crescent moon and a star on my stomach.
When I got it I was in college... my BFF and I got the same one. Well, I was not thinking then about getting pregnant and it stretching. So now, it is more like a full moon on a hazy night because of all of the stretch marks.
I just got mine two weeks ago. I posted about it before, but here it is again. I have it on my back between my shoulder blades:
The explanation, copied from my blog:
The tattoo as a whole is a Celtic knot. My heritage is largely
Scottish (please note the freckles in the picture...lol), and I
identify with it. I also think that Celtic knots are beautiful. Next,
the two rings represent my marriage. I couldn't get through this life
without my husband, so naturally, I had to include it. The cross
represents my faith. I also could not get through life without my
faith and my church family. I realized the other day that the cross is
holding the rings...which is symbolic in itself. The three pink
circles around the knot are for my husband, our daughter, and myself.
We all have October birthdays, and October has a pink stone. The green
circle in the middle of the cross is for the baby we lost. S/he was
due in May, which is an emerald birthstone. If you notice, I left a
blank area for another birthstone. I hope that we're able to add it to
this tattoo very soon!
I have two. One on the small of my back - a sun with a moon and star in the middle. It doesn't really mean anything, but I went with my dad and he got a matching one on his shoulder blade. I was 18.
I just got a new one a week ago on my inner ankle. It's a larger star in blue (for September -- our wedding month and also the month that the baby we lost would have been due) and two smaller stars, one light blue (December birthstone for Andersen) and one red (January birthstone for Lawrence). If we have more kids, I'll get their corresponding birthstone color of stars.
My H hates tattoos and isn't real happy about the new one, but I love it. It's like mother's jewelry that I can't lose.
I have 7 actually. No real stories or anything, all just stuff that I liked. I have a gigantic tramp stamp that is actually 2 tatoos combined - a Celtic Cross and a Claddagh. Then I have a Butterfly on my right inside ankle that I got on vacation in Ft. Lauderdale. I have a Leprechaun on my left calf, a Celtic Knot in the middle of my back and then on my left should blade is 2 tatoos in one also - a Shamrock combined with a snake and dagger.

Regrettably yes, I have one on my left lower ab/close to the hip bone. HATE it. It's a sun with my astrological sign (Leo) in the middle. Lame. I plan on having it removed.
tramp stamp... center-lower back. It's a half moon, half sun, with a star in the middle (for DH), I'm going to add another star with DS and then one for this baby too. Its not one I picked out of a book, its one that I drew (even tho there are MANY of the same type)
A very small Capricorn symbol on my inner left arm (less than an inch) - self explanatory, I think.
An outline of a lizard on top of my right foot - I had wanted it for nearly 20 years for a myriad of reasons but it's not the exact design I wanted so I'll be amending it in a few years - likely adding smaller lizards around it - not sure..
When I'm done having children I'll create something to represent them, too probably animals by their birth year. Maybe two dragons holding a pig (The Miss), two tigers (Baby D and lost twin)... and we'll see what else?
I have 2. Lower right side of my back (abstract lily of the valley, no real meaning) and front left shoulder/boob/chestal area. Flower I designed myself. It's my reminder that no matter that if I survived my horrid childhood I can do anything, and that I am a good and beautiful person. I have it there so I can see it and remind myself.
I have one on my upper right side of my back (shoulder blade) of a red rose. I love it but I can't see it and I forget that it is there. My sister got one and she knew I wanted one so that was her gift to me. She passed away in 2003 : ( I would like to get another one someday but DH doesn't really like tattoos. I would like something to represent our two children but we will see.
I have 7, and they all have meaning to me, even if they aren't obvious to anyone else.
My first one is this tiny little turtle (sounds weird, but it's cute!) on the back of my right hip. Then I got a pink ickthus (jesus fish) on the front of my left hip. I have three gerber daisies on my right foot for each of my 3 grandparents. I have the outline of 2 stars on the inside of my right elbow (second chances). I have all three kids birthdays in roman numerals on my left forearm. I have "faith" in pink on the inside of my right wrist- I got that the week my twins came home. And I have "You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one..." across the top of my back between my shoulder blades
