Does anyone know of a place that offers prenatal yoga in the summit/springfield area? Also, how far along are you when you start?

    I just pre-registered at Overlook Hopsital and they sent a pamphlet detailing their pregnancy and parenting classes. Unfortunately at 35 weeks, I'm probably too late for prenatal yoga.  Huh?

    Atlantic Health offers Prenatal Yoga at their Atlantic Rehab Insititue in Morristown. No prices listed just a phone number 973.971.4575.

    I would also be interested, as I live in that area as well.  I remember hearing about a place in millburn, but now can't seem to find information online anywhere about it.

    I know there is a place in Warren- i thought about going but couldn't pay for that and the gym
