Toy ideas

Anyone have any toy ideas? I see all kinds of 'junk' in the stores and I'd like to know what your LO played with the most and where you got it. DS is our first and he's getting annoyed playing with the rattles and same old toys. We bought a little laptop and a tractor the other day. He likes them both...the laptop he knows is supposed to be shut (like mommies) and the tractor he's more obsessed with playing with the cow than anything. Any ideas would help!

Also, he's starting to get to the pulling up stage so I'd like to get him a toy to pull up on but all I can seem to find are the walking toys...I'd like to find something more stationary.

We just went to a friends house last weekend and to my surprise (shouldn't be surprised, but apparently I'm slow) he loves trucks and cars.  Who would've thought a little boy would love trucks and cars.  Especially on hardwood or tile, he loves to roll and chase them.  For standing, we have a convertible excersaucer that you can make a stand alone toy:

And I have found that he likes basically any toy. I bought a toy truck from grocery store and I swear it is his favorite toy ever. I think the likes to cheapie toys the best!
