getting pregnant again...

Everyone keeps talking about having another baby...i am terrified to go into labor again..I had an awful experience and maunal evacuation of my placenta (worse pain in the world!) So i just keep thinking can I go through all that again? I still have nightmares about my first experience!

Anyone else have a awful labor and scared to do it again?

I had a rough pregnancy, a crappy labor/delivery experience, and a difficult time adjusting to life with a newborn. 

I'm just starting to get in the groove of things, and life is good again!

So no, I don't even want to think about having another baby for a good long time... if at all...

I did not enjoy being pregnant and my labor was not bad at all.  However,we got two at once and are deifnitely not having anymore.

i hated being pregnant, but my l&d was awesome, and i already want another. not right now, but once she's potty trained i would like to start trying again. my husband thinks he's done though...

i had a horrible pregnancy and that's what keeps me from wanting to get pg again.  i just can't fathom doing that again any time soon.

the first half of my pregnancy was awful. i loved it the second half. labor/delivery/recovery were all awful. that being sad, we absolutely want more. we're hoping to get pregnant next summer.

We both would really like another one in a couple of years, we are just worried that our second baby would also have a cleft, and don't really think I can put another little one through all the surgeries.  We have decided to table it for now and see where the 3 of us are in a couple of years.

I had a great labor and really scary emergency c/s because DS's heart rate went down to 12bpm - it was the scariest thing I've ever been through.  I definitely want another baby but I'm not ready for it anytime soon.

We had always planned on having 2 and trying within the next 2 years but I am not so sure anymore.  I had a very difficult first trimester, labor and delivery were not that bad, but there were immediate concerns DS possibly had spina bifida, down syndrome and kidney problems (of which he has none thank goodness), and I have had a very hard time adjusting to taking care of a newborn.  I am 35 and DH is 37 so this leads to other concerns too. I am an only child and don't want that for my son, but I am just not sure about #2.

I can't even imagine... getting pregnant again gives me nightmares!  Hopefully I'll be ready in two years from now (we always planned on three years apart).
