when did Paul Frank for Target come out?

How long have I been missing this line?  Since we call dd monkey face all the time, Paul Frank is one of my favorite line for her.  And the Target prices are WAY more palatable for me.

I'm in Target at least twice a week... it MUSt have just gotten to us.  I love that raincoat and hat.

Keira has the pink one, it has a monkey on the back and I think one on one of the upper fronts.  It is really cute.  We didn't get the hat.
