Eye color question

When we brought DD home from the hospital, her eyes were a slate-blue-brown color.  It was an interesting mix, tough to describe, but blue and brown at the same time.

She's a month old today and her eyes look mostly dark slate-blue.  Does this mean her eyes could be going blue, as opposed to brown?

I guess I'm wondering/guessing because my 2-year-old is blond haired blue eyed, but this baby has dark brown hair, so I was kind of assuming brown eyes until her eyes seemed to lose the brown tint.  I know eyes can change up to a year but I'm very curious!
