Would you buy it?

Hi ladies,

I'm only 12 weeks, but I have already fallen in love with the Pottery Barn Cottontail Friends nursery bedding (https://www.potterybarnkids.com/products/cottontail-friends-nursery-bedding-boy/?pkey=bunisex-nursery-bedding ).

It's on sale, which is a good thing, but I'm worried that it will sell out or be discontinued.

What would you do?

Has anyone waited for Pottery Barn (or any other brand) bedding and had it sell out?

If you really really love it (and even if you don't you could always sell it) i would go ahead and buy it. I bought my DD's bedding on sale at PB when it was on sale..jsut a few items and then went back in 5 days to try and get more accessories and everything was gone. My bet is they will start to run out of the things like sheets/blankets and eventually only have little accessories left. GL!

If you love it , get it !!!!  I always hate it when I find something I love and talk myself out of it and then go back to get it and it's gone. Good Luck.

I got my bedding at around 12 weeks from PBK for the same reason.  I say go for it.

I did this. I found a Gap set that I just had to have. It was on clearance for the 3 pieces for 50 bucks! It was orginally 275. I bought it and then when it came closer to finding out the gender I wished I would have waited. It was a gender neutral set and we ended up using it but I wish I would have waited and gotten something a little more boyish. Actually I took the bedskirt and the bumper off the crib at 4 months. And we never use the quilt. So for 50 bucks it was worth the price but Iw ould have used it more had it been something more boyish that I loved.

It depends on your personality and previous shopping impulses. ?With me, I know that I change ?my mind almost daily on things. ?There is one bedding set that I was tempted to buy right now, even though we won't be ttc until summertime. ?I know that I love it that much and there is nothing else that I would love equally for a boy or girl. ?However, my DH laughed his @ss off at me, and it brought me back to reality. ?I simply can't be trusted with things like this! ?I know that when the time comes I will love something and wish I could get it. ?If you are not like this, then get it!

I would personally buy it.... if it is anything like the PBK by me as soon as they go on sale they are soon to be discontinued.

Buy it now!!!  My mom purchased all of our PBK little lambie bedding super early as everything was on backorder.  I'm so glad she did because now certain items are unavailable!  Especially if items are on sale...buy it!

I would go ahead and buy it, especially since it's gender neutral. I found the Dr. Seuss set on clearance on PBK before we knew the sex, and I knew I would use it regardless so I went ahead and ordered it right away.

Get it and just keep your receipts.  I bought my son's bedding from PBK (Animals on Parade) and it was on sale/clearance.  I had to go to a couple different stores to get the pieces that I wanted, but I got a great deal and am so happy I got them instead of waiting for someone to get them for me or putting them on a registry, etc because they would have been gone.  Have fun!
