OMG! OMG! BFP! BFP!

Holy crap!  I can't believe it!!!!!!!!!!  It's been 23 cycles of TTC #2.  We did IUI#1 last cycle which was unsuccessful, and this cycle we were out because of residual cysts.  So we tried naturally and it worked!  It actually worked!!!!!  Maybe the fertility meds from last cycle gave us a jump start, or maybe since we both lost a significant amount of weight, that was the trick.  Who knows....  I am still in disbelief and scared.  I don't know what is happening with the cysts.  It's not possible that they could be causing a false positive, right?  I just can't believe it after this long.  Ironically, I scheduled my annual GYN check up in two weeks.  I'll call later today to see if it is necessary they push me up.  I have no pregnancy symptoms whatsoever.  I am so scared and excited at the same time!  Thank you all so much for your support on my journey!  You are all a bunch of fabulous and beautiful women, and your stories have really touched me!  I wish you all the best of luck and baby dust!!!!
