Yikes. The high-risk group is everyone aged 6 weeks to 25 yrs old. I don't understand how she's not in the high-risk group.

My pedi's office specializes in patients with severe allergies, asthma and cerebral palsy and preemies.  Even though Michelle is a preemie she is very healthy with no medical problems so that puts her towards the bottom of the list at the pedi's office.  She is on the list at pedi's office but they told me to get her on the list at the county health dept.

My dd's pedi separtes out of the general 6mths to 25 years to those in that category that have asthma, autoimmune and other illnesses that make them more compromised.  My dd is in the asthma/autoimmune risk group.  They don't have seasonal or h1 available yet though.

she did get her seasonal flu mist but at that time the h1n1 vax wasnt available yet....she got the flu mist 9/30.

I think #1503 is pretty good.  Our health dept has already given out thousands of H1N1 vaxs with just two clinics.
