These kids need to learn some manners.

Some kid just came and reached in the candy bowl and grabbed a huge handful before even saying trick or treat.  We are handing out 2 pieces each because we get a ton of kids.  When I told him he could pick two pieces, he got all huffy.  And of course, no "thank you."

Ugh.  I am old.

that's when you need to rig the fake-blood-covered-skeleton to fall down on them.

Instead of walking up our sidewalk like all the other kids, we just had a trick or treater cut across our neighbor's lawn and then our lawn, running at full speed face plant gloriously into a pile of leaves in front of our house, spilling his candy everywhere.  He wasn't hurt, and besides, he shouldn't have cut across the lawn. 

I like to think that an important lesson was learned today.
