It was a 5-minute warmup walk, followed by intervals of 60 seconds running/90 seconds walking for 20 minutes.
I thought I was going to puke, pass out, or maybe die. I felt like such a fatass wimp. But I made it.
When I got home my H had run a hot bath for me with candles and my favorite music. So cute.
Only 8 2/3 more weeks to go until I can run a 5K!

There's an app for that
I downloaded the app to my iPhone, and it plays your workout playlist and beeps when you are supposed to start running/walking. Pretty nice.
I don't know if this is how Hippo did it... but you can download a podcast and play it on your ipod. The music changes when you walk and run.
My butt is white and dimply, believe me. I am hoping this helps with the dimply part. If I can do it, anyone can do it. Seriously (I say after one workout, hehe).
