Pain on one side??

So for about 24 hours now I've had sharp pains on my left breast (areola). I've had thrush, and it doesn't feel like that. I took LO to the pedi today and asked him while I was there, and he ruled out thrush as well. I looked on Kellymom and couldn't find an answer. It's not a latch prob. Any suggestions? Help!

Maybe a clogged duct?
