Update on my crazy family

So my idiot step-SIL who claimed to be pregnant due to nausea and cravings despite having her tubes tied 5 years ago went to the doctor.  They told her she is not pregnant and she has like a 1 in 1 trillion chance of getting pregnant. 

Now she thinks she has ovarian cancer.
