First let me preface this by saying that I debated whether or not to post.  I almost feel guilty for having good news.  But I guess I was always still happy for other people's BFP even after my failed IVF.  So here goes...

Beta #3 = 10,475!!!  (one week after beta#2)

u/s = twins!!

I'm officialy 5w3d.  I'm in shock.  I want to tell everyone, but I'm scared to death b/c it is still so early.  Thanks for letting me share.

    That's so exciting!  Congratulations!  I definitely get the wanting to wait to tell.  DH and I waited for the HB to tell my parents and brother, and we're waiting until 1st tri is over to tell his family.

    It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

    Congratulations!!!  10,475?  Wow!  That's a high beta.  No wonder it's twins.  I love hearing BFP's too but geez- it gave me heart palpatations to see that high a beta and hear twins- I'd be happy just getting pregnant- but twins?  OMG!!!  I'd be shocked!  I didn't even know betas could be that high!  Twins is really cool.  H & H for the next 35 weeks!  I hope you have an easy pregnancy.
    3 IUI's and 2 IVF's later- Brady arrived. Born at 36 weeks after PUPPS and pre-e/HELLP.
    IUI- BFN IVF #1 -BFP! Allie is our 2nd IVF baby. Born at 36 1/2 weeks after pre-e again

    Unexplained Infertility TTC 3 years 6 IUI's in 1 year IVF #1 10/10 ER-retrieved 9 eggs 10/13 Transferred 1 grade C 6 cell and 1 grade C 4 cell Praying for our miracle! Beta #1 10/23 77 Beta #2 10/26 151! 1/2012 Round #2 to start. Diminished ovarian reserve and morphology issues. How in 4 years things change...

    Congrats, IVF 3 did it for me too, and twins as well. I know what you mean about sharing, we told our parents when we heard heartbeats, and then we told everyone else, extended family and friends at almost 14 weeks!

    2 years, 2 surgeries, 2 clomid fails, 2 IUIs, 1 loss, IVF #1 - 10/25/10 = BFP!, DS is now 3.5yrs!
    TTC #2 - 6/12 surgery #3, FET #1 & 1.2 = BFN, 12/2012 FET #2 = BFP! DD is 1.5 yrs!
    Surprise! 12/16/14 BFP, loss #2 12/31/14

    I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929
