Lactation Cookies- how many?

I just made some lactation cookies and they are delicious!

So many should I eat per day?

The recipe said it would make 54 cookies, but I ended up with about 26 cookies. I think those recipes must have intended for tiny little cookies! I ate four a day and saw an increase- in both my supply and my scale. Next time I'm going to try to make smaller cookies since they are so good! I added reeses chips to mine instead of chocolate chips.

I ate as many as I wanted until it was time to bake a new batch. They were so yummy!

I also sprinkled some of the leftover flaxseed and brewer's yeast onto my oatmeal for several weeks, but I'm not sure if this gave me an extra boost or not. It felt like it did.

I wonder if it would help to up the yeast and flaxseed in the recipe?
