Just got back from my 2:30 dr. appt-ended up in L&D

I went for my weekly appt today and there was a small amount of protein in my urine. They had me go right to the hospital for a blood test and another urine test. While I was waiting to get tested the dr. came in and said, we'd like to admit you and induce you tonight. I was pretty shocked since it didn't seem like a big deal-just a precaution they were taking with the blood work. He said it was our choice and he was so non chalant about it, like it didn't matter one way or the other. I got the results back and everything was fine. So the plan now is to go to another appt on Monday morning and take it from there. I am totally freaking out now thinking it could be so soon. I was only a fingertip dilated at my appt. so now I'll have to wait and see what happens Monday.
