i'm telling you girls i've lost my work out mojo. that whole "taking it easy b/c ttc" approach advised by dr really messed me up. it became my crutch and now that we've taken a break from all the dr visits and meds while we save money i really want to focus on my overall health and i need to move my ass more. this is going to be a great motivator.
by the way i've always had OC Nestie envy. there i said it. have you been to the LA board...it sucks.

I saw you post - WAHOOOO! I'm so excited you're joining us for the challenge!
I think the 30 workouts in 30 days will be manageable and a great way to ease back into exercising Buena. I'll be looking for you and I trust Dip will help keep you accountable too.
