HELP! Play Kitchen for DS

Went to TRU today and literally walked right into a giant box while looking at ClickStart games... it was a Little Tikes Sizzle and Serve kitchen...for $89.00. This thing retails for $169. It's missing an oven door, which one of the stock people at the store told me they received several of these kitchens w/o oven doors and L.T. was offering to replace them at no charge to the customer but not to TRU (um, they even had one or two left if anyone lives in Indiana!). I called L.T. and they will send me an oven door for free. How cool is that?
DS loves to watch and help me cook (I am an avid cook), I think he would enjoy it but need to hear how other boys like their kitchens - how sexist does that sound??? Didn't mean it that way... lol. DH isn't opposed or threatened by it, but we both want to be sure this would get use.
This would make a great Christmas gift and I feel like I'd be an idiot if I passed it up...oh, and I have a $10 reward coupon to add to it...making the grand total $79 before tax.

My son has a kitchen and LOVES it! He plays with it every single day. We were going to buy it for him for Christmas last year but my husband said not to spend the money. Sure ok. So two days after Christmas, I'm sleeping in, and Jack starts making mac & cheese using my husband's ottoman and our tv cabinet as his kitchen. I wake up and Ben told me to get online and order him a kitchen. We have the Little Tykes Wooden Kitchen and laundry center one. I like it because it's one of the only kitchens that has a prep space. I cook a lot and my son loves to cook in his kitchen while I cook in my kitchen. I am glad I went with the one we have because he uses the prep space to prep his food before cooking it.
He'll also come up to us with a notepad to take our order. Then he'll go into his kitchen and cook it up.
He was 27m when we bought the kitchen.
We have girls but whenever her boy cousins come over they make a beeline to the kitchen to play. I don't think kitchens are considered only for girls these days. Boys like to pretend play too.
