    Michael's & JoAnn's will have kits that you can put together.  Etsy has a few different styles.  Also check ebay.  I initially wanted one with pockets (which is what I had growing up) but I ended up finding a Hallmark Keepsake Kids one from 2006 that I loved and bought it there.
