I am fascinated by baby names for some reason - I stalk the SSA's website every year. I'm curious what names you are thinking about for your LO's and if it matches the "popular names" on this site:
https://www.ssa.gov/OACT/babynames/
So - what are your name choices, and if you want to add it, what is the name's popularity last year?
LO's to-be-name, David, is #14.
Re: Poll (not clicky) - Share your names!
Matthew Edward #10
or
Madalyn Ann #292
We can't decide on any first names. There are none I love and know are "it" like we did with Evelyn (was #74 when we chose it), if she was a boy she would have been Ethan (now #3). But if it's a boy, mns are William Anthony (family names) and they are #8 and 7. We would like to find something not in the top 20, but it seems unlikely since all the tops ones are so beautiful.
These are ours so far...
Charles Leo (our dad's names)
James Harold (just like the first name and the middle is DH's grandfather's)
Katelyn Marie (middle is my middle and DH's grandma's)
Ava Reeny (middle was my grandma's nickname for Noreen)
Julian was one of DH's top picks for a boy name. I never quite wamed up to it either though. Will you call him anything for short?
If it's a boy- Bryson #178
If a girl- Chloe #10
Our top 2 are Avianna (Ah-vee-ahnna) and Marlowe.
Nadia and Macie are on our short list too.
I joked with DH and said I would call him Jules (it's cute but kind of girly). I have seen that sometimes people use Ian or Lee for short.
It is not a bad name, I just never pictured that name for my son.
ETA: I think Jude is also used.
We're not 100% certain yet. These are our current favorites:
Girl: Amira (#436) Ann
Boy: Zain (#797) (don't have a middle name yet)
DH doesn't want to worry about names till we find out the sex,but myself I like Hunter for a boy, and Abigail or Adelaide for a girl.
This was my name quiz from last time.... my choices haven't changed, so i'm keeping it

Well we're still waiting until Monday after our big ultrasound to really start the serious talks, but here is the breakdown that was kind of thrown out there for now:
2 Boys: Seamus Michael and Patrick John
2 Girls: Shaylynn and Sage (middle names unknown)
Boy and Girl: Seamus Michael and Shaylynn Catherine
We are not 100% sure yet! But we are sticking with the K names.
Girls: Kyndall Jo or Kinsley Jo
Boys: Kaleb George or Kale Henry
We won't be telling anyone IRL for quite som time, but we've had names for quite a while.
Boy: Grant (142) McKee (DH's dad's middle name)
Girl: Lillian (29) It was my great-grandma's name, but it's getting so popular I'm not sure if I'm going to use it for a first name or not.... I really like using family names, though.
